She's a dedicated follower of....embellishing!

We have just been told about a wonderful blog... Jan has been very busy, following our dvd Inspired Embellishing Level 1 and has come up with some great work! Looks like Jan has had great fun playing and experimenting with her embellishing machine! Thank you for sharing with us your work, we love it!

In February we had a wonderful day filming with Gilda Baron, a truly talented textile artist. Gilda shared with us many of the techniques she uses to create her intricate and breath-taking landscapes.

We had fun styling these gorgeous photos for the Indian Block Company website today. Lizzie got rather over excited as this gave the opportunity to use the new flash she bought for her camera- it worked a treat!

At Rainbow Silks

We were delighted to be invited to talk at our local silk-painters group at one of their monthly meetings, held at Rainbow Silks in Great Missenden. We bought along lots of yummy fabrics, blocks and paints and dived into a blur of colour as we all got to work block printing our own unique fabrics!

Thank you to all that came along- we had such a lovely time teaching and felt truly honoured to be there!
